Fantastic $30 Cartography Software Bundle Represents a Online Gaming GM's Dream

Package Levels

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection for at least $15 offers enhanced value by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, dungeons, cities, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. You can even design character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Charitable Component

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief.
